About

At Pebble & Wave, we believe every child deserves support that meets them where they are — developmentally and geographically. Rooted in the natural rhythms of BC’s West Coast, we offer a flexible blend of online consultations, in-person pediatric occupational therapy, and virtual parent education and workshops.

Whether we're working one-on-one in the clinic or connecting with families through a screen, our care is always grounded in compassion, play-based practice, and evidence-informed strategies.

We specialize in helping children build skills in:

  • Sensory processing and regulation

  • Fine and gross motor development

  • Executive functioning and daily routines

  • Emotional well-being and confidence

Our name reflects the work we do — gentle, steady, and responsive, like the movement of pebbles shaped by waves. Growth doesn’t happen all at once — it happens through small shifts, playful moments, and safe, supportive relationships.

We're here for families navigating their own unique path — from coast to keyboard.

Jocelyn Lundberg

Occupational Therapist

I’m a registered occupational therapist with over a decade of experience working in pediatrics, specializing in autism and sensory processing. I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (BHK) in 2009, and later a Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) in 2013. I'm also a registered provider on the RASP (Registry of Autism Service Providers).

Originally from Vancouver Island, I’ve always been passionate about supporting children and families in meaningful, compassionate, and practical ways. My approach is relationship-based and child-centered, grounded in the belief that every child has the potential to thrive when given the right tools and environment.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children across a wide range of abilities and needs, with a strong focus on sensory processing, emotional regulation, and developmental skill-building. Whether helping a child build motor skills, navigate big emotions, or gain independence in daily routines, I aim to make therapy engaging, supportive, and rooted in each child’s unique strengths.

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me outdoors — gardening, hiking, or exploring the coast — or enjoying live music and time with my family.
